Primavera Excellence Award for Manufacturing

LAS VEGAS, November 17, 2008 – Primavera Systems, Inc., today announced the winners of the 2008 Primavera Excellence Awards, which were presented at the 25th Primavera Annual Conference. The Primavera Excellence Awards ceremony recognized customers that achieved outstanding results in project, program, resource and portfolio management. Each winner demonstrated clear benefits from one or more business initiatives that involved the use of Primavera software. The judging panel focused on overall business savings and improvements, and progress made in project management maturity.

Alstom TMG Gas Turbines (Baden, Switzerland) was the winner of the
Primavera Excellence Award for the Manufacturing category. Using
Primavera, the Planning Office of Gas Turbines R&D Programs
designed and implemented a four-level planning concept that gives it
the ability to control and report on work at different management
levels. Approximately 100 people can now update their respective
schedules remotely via the internet or directly via the client server
depending on their role or responsibility.
